Director of the Retreat from the Streets
Gary is a native of the Atlanta area. His career as a construction superintendent for commercial/condo projects eventually led him to Florida where he became involved with drugs and ended up living on the streets. During this time Gary encountered God and turned his life around. He returned to Atlanta and helped plant churches, feed the hungry and reach out to the vulnerable in some of the hardest hit, drug infested poor neighborhoods in the city. After work once again took Gary away from Atlanta for several years, God’s relentless pursuit eventually led him back to love the poor and homeless full time. God now uses Gary’s life experiences as he directs our “Retreat from the Streets” program providing spiritual development and direction to those living on the streets.
